How to Fix This App Can't Open Error on Windows 10?

1. First you have to open Control Panel on your computer and go to Security and Maintenance.

You can also copy and paste this path Control Panel\System and Security\Security and Maintenance  directly in Windows Explorer.

Or alternatively you can search for Security and Maintenance in the Windows search box itself as shown below.

2. On the right pane of the window expand Security tab. It will show you all type of security features. Now you have to play with User Account Control settings.

So click on Change settings under User Account Control as shown below in the image.

3. You will get a window to Choose when to be notified about changes to your computer as shown below.

Here you have to set the slider to any of the top 2 levels. These top 2 levels are recommended by Windows also.

So I think you should better stick to the 1st and 2nd level what Windows recommends instead of keeping your pc at risk and sliding it to the 3rd or 4th level.

4. Finally Restart your Computer and you are done.

Conclusion to This App Can't Open Error:

Finally we came to a conclusion that, setting up the User Account Control Slider to top 2 levels is safe and you should not move the slider to the 3rd or 4th level as it may cause a risk to your pc.
