1. Type Device Manager in the search box next to Windows Start menu and click on it open Device Manager as shown below.

2. When the Device Manager window opens, locate Human Interface Devices and expand it to locate HD-compliant touch screen.

Once you have located HD-compliant touch screen, right click on it.

You will get a menu like the one shown above. Simply click on Disable.

You will get a pop up screen like the one shown below with a message, 
Disabling this device will cause it to stop functioning. Do you really want to disable it?
Simply click on Yes to confirm it and you are done. This will turn off touch screen feature on your Windows 10 computer.
